[26 weeks] What's in a Name?

it's a good thing that amazon is so easy about their returns. we ended up return the serta, which we felt was just a tad too soft, and going on diapers.com (with $10 off and free shipping) and buying the sealy baby firm for nearly the same price. diapers.com was so fast with their shipping - it came within a day of ordering it! with its 204 coils it was certainly MUCH more firm! we're happy with our choice finally! ken even commented that he wanted to sleep on the bed because it looked so comfy. we've been having bed issues of our own, with the realization that maybe our master bedroom queen mattress is just too soft for our liking.

with all of the chinese babies being born this year (it is a dragon year after all) in our inner circle and even concentric outside circles, we're bound to have chosen the same names for our babies. we were lucky we weren't having a girl because our good friends named their little girl what we had initially planned. but on saturday morning, over a breakfast of eggs, french toast, and bacon my husband showed me a facebook posting announcing the name of his friend's son. of all names she chose the name that we planned as a top contender for junior! it is not a popular name nor it is a name that is easily come across. and it's been a name that i have been coveting since 2005. at this point...we're a little lost on what to do, but i am confident we will find our way again ;)
