It's about time. Well done, Vodafone! And more importantly, hopefully this starts an important sea change so that it is no longer an "unusual" new policy but rather one that is embraced globally.
As one of my facebook friends commented, "Seeing how many smart, talented, capable women are liking and sharing this only further affirms the need for different thinking about maternity and in general modern minded company cultures that support women's full participation - companies perform better when they retain key talent, and when they include those from the other 50% of the population in leadership roles."
