My 17-month is obsessed with farm animals. I picked up Salina Yoon's
Do Cows Meow? and
Do Crocs Kiss? lift the flap books during a book sale at International Place (across the street from my work building in the financial district) during the holidays.
I also re-introduced
Dear Zoo Lift-the-Flap Book. Loves it.
Maybe the correlation is that they are all lift the flap books, but the obsession for farm animals and all animals doesn't really end there, as he is also just as equally obsessed with
Melissa & Doug's Farm Animals Chunky Puzzle that he received through his Citrus Lane Box in December:
He loves to match them and easily does so. When we point out the Cow he goes MOOOOO. And he loves to point out the duck and the chicken and the horse that goes NEIGH!
