I think we're really making true progress now. We did our usual bed time ritual and Kasen didn't even put up a fight when I put him down. He rolled over, clutched his blanket, and went right to sleep! I think I'm going to have to get more of the Pottery Barn Kids stroller size sherpa blankets. I only have one! But Kasen loves it. It's suddenly turned into his security blanket.
He woke up once in the middle of the night and went right back to sleep. Bless his soul!
