Adventures in Fooding

In the last week, we've introduced the following:

YoBaby Banana and Blueberry organic whole milk yogurt. Verdict? He loves it!

Happy Yogis freeze-dried yogurt snacks. He loves these.

Happy Baby organic puffs. He loves these too!

Need I say it again? Kasen loves the yogurt snacks and puffs. I think he likes the puffs more because he is really starting to enjoy chewing. I love watching him chew - he looks so thoughtful doing so and he looks at you and smiles while he does it! Though he's practicing his pincer grasp, he hasn't quite gotten yet - in the meantime, when I hold a half a puff up (we break them into pieces as he only has two teeth so far!) he will grab my hand so that he can put the puff in his mouth.

The next biggest change is that tonight we will start to transition Kasen into having protein for dinner. That means pureed lentils and pureed chicken breast along with rice porridge or mashed potatoes. And a vegetable. This should be interesting! Chicken - it's what's for dinner! ;)
