Adventures in Solids: Mango!

I was up in the middle of the night again, and alas had two very ripe mangoes sitting in front of me that were begging to be eaten. I decided to peel and puree these for Kasen and give it to him that night for dessert.  By the way - they pureed beautifully, an opaque, bright orange - it looks so good even in pictures that you want to lick the screen.

The verdict? He LOVED them. I confess that I was secretly hoping he would since they're amongst my favorites too.
