First Time at Chuck E. Cheese!

Katelyn's 5th birthday party was at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was both Kasen's and Ken's first time:) Chuck E. Cheese was a place full of childhood memories, as we tried to get straight A's that would promise endless (it seemed like at the time) tokens to play games and earn tickets to exchange for (useless/crappy, [insert word here]) toys. Either that or jump in the stinky ball pit. No one in their right mind would waste it on a moving ride. Are you kidding? You need to be the best at the games (my game of choice was skee ball, I was pretty badass when I was a kiddo) so you could earn the most tickets to get THE best toy.

Anyway, Chuck E. Cheese wasn't quite as amazing as it used to be, but of course it still held the same level of entertainment and novelty for young kids. And unfortunately the ball pit no longer existed :( But instead of playing skee ball and trying to win tickets, it was Kasen's first time in any of the motorized rides. Most of all, he loved the Bob the Builder tractor - where he used the steering wheel (his first time!) like he had been driving for YEARS. His utter squeals of joy coupled with his silly goofy happy face was so priceless.
